By using Lixora AI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and plan rules shown in the service interface.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Purpose

Lixora AI helps create product cards, images, texts and advertising materials for e-commerce using AI tools.

The service does not guarantee that every result will be accurate, unique, legally suitable or accepted by a specific sales platform. You must review results before publishing.

3. Account and Security
  • You are responsible for accurate account data and access security.
  • You may not share your account for abuse, automated limit bypassing or rule violations.
  • We may restrict access if we suspect account compromise, fraud, mass spam or violation of these Terms.
4. Plans, Credits and Payments
  • Service features may depend on your plan, credit balance and active subscription.
  • Credits are charged for generations and other paid operations according to rules shown in the interface.
  • Paid plans are activated after successful payment.
  • Prices, limits and plan contents may change. Changes do not cancel an already paid period unless stated otherwise.
5. User Content
  • You confirm that you have the right to upload images, descriptions, logos, names and other materials.
  • You may not upload content that violates third-party rights, laws, platform rules or contains prohibited materials.
  • You are responsible for checking trademarks, copyrights, marketplace requirements and advertising rules before using results.
6. Generated Content

Paid plans may allow commercial use of results without a watermark. The Demo plan may provide watermarked results.

AI results may contain errors, inaccuracies, visual artifacts or elements that require manual review. We do not promise that a result is suitable for every legal, advertising or commercial scenario without your review.

7. Prohibited Use
  • Violating laws, intellectual property rights or personal rights.
  • Creating deceptive, harmful, fraudulent or discriminatory materials.
  • Attempting to hack, bypass limits or run unauthorized automated mass usage.
  • Uploading illegal, harmful or prohibited content.
8. Availability and Liability

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, provider issues, payment systems or AI infrastructure.

Lixora AI is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, blocks on third-party platforms or decisions made based on unreviewed AI output.

Refund Policy

1. General Principle

Lixora AI provides a digital service with immediate access to plans, credits and AI generation. Once a plan is activated or credits are used, service delivery has started.

We review refund requests individually and try to resolve disputes fairly.

2. Refunds for Unused Payments
  • If payment succeeded but the plan or credits were not activated due to a technical error, contact support.
  • If a payment was duplicated, we may refund the duplicate payment after review.
  • If payment is pending, canceled or failed at the payment provider, fund release timing depends on the provider or bank.
3. Used Credits

Credits already charged for a successful generation or operation are usually non-refundable. AI output may require refinement, and this alone is not always a reason for a monetary refund.

If generation ends with a technical error and no result is received, the service may automatically return charged credits or support may do so manually after review.

4. Subscriptions and Plans
  • A paid plan period is usually non-refundable after activation if the user received access to plan features.
  • A refund may be reviewed if access was not provided due to a technical issue and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Downgrading a plan or not using the service is not by itself a reason for an automatic refund.
5. Demo and Watermark

The Demo plan may include a watermark and limited features. A watermark on Demo results is not a reason for a refund because Demo does not require payment.

6. How to Request a Refund
  • Contact support.
  • Include your account email, payment date, amount, plan or credit package.
  • Describe the issue and attach screenshots if they help.
  • Do not create repeat payments before support replies if the issue is payment-related.
7. Timing and Exceptions

After a refund is approved, actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider, bank, network or crypto payment infrastructure.

A refund may be rejected if the Terms of Use were violated or if credits, plans, generations or payments were abused. Third-party fees may be non-refundable.
